Great support service

Theres a current server issue. According to Rael, "a wrong DNS entry has been populated and propagated. If you are on WiFi, you can switch to using Googles DNS by going into the Wi-Fi network properties and changing DNS to 8.8.8.8,8.8.4.4." Did so and app works just fine. That kind of prompt support service has just transformed my 1-star rating to something just under 5...4+!
